A Denver electrician’s full digital + AI rebuild.
How Digital Ops Management took APB Electric off Wix and a notebook — onto a website Aaron owns, one phone number on every call-to-action, and a price list built from his own jobs.
Denver, Colorado · Residential + light commercial · Aaron’s own shop since 2021 · Live site: apbelectric.com
APB Electric is a residential and light commercial electrician in Denver, Colorado. The owner, Aaron, is on every job. In 2026 Digital Ops Management moved its website off Wix onto a site Aaron owns, put one phone number on every call-to-action and turned APB's own job history into a flat-rate price list. Lead results will be published when they are earned.

The ask
APB had an aging Wix site and was running the business out of a phone and a notebook. Aaron needed a digital front door that matched how he actually works — transparent pricing, photo-to-quote speed — and back-office systems that didn’t lock him into someone else’s subscription.
What I built
- A new website — rebuilt off Wix onto WordPress, running on hardware I operate, then the domain moved (Wix → registrar → Cloudflare). The site leads with APB’s real edge: prices up front, the quote is the bill, text a photo and get a same-day quote.
- One number on every call-to-action — the old third-party call pixel is gone, and every button and link on the site dials the same number. Analytics are the next step.
- An AI voicemail agent, in design — so missed calls get caught and triaged instead of lost.
- A field-operations platform — APB is the first tenant on a system I’m building for the trades. Aaron owns his data in it.
- Pricing intelligence — I took APB’s historical job data and turned it into a flat-rate menu, then flagged where the prices were leaving margin on the table.
The thesis
Digital Ops Management rebuilt apbelectric.com end to end: ten theme files, seven pages, a consolidated ElectricalContractor structured-data block with a six-service catalog and ten named service cities, and a published three-tier price list. The third-party call pixel was retired, and every call-to-action now carries one number. Every change shipped behind a timestamped rollback point and a syntax-lint gate. No testimonial, client name, or project detail was published without permission.
No fake reviews. No invented client names.
The APB site shows no reviews rather than filling the space with placeholder testimonials. Recent Work uses categorized job descriptions with no invented client names and no invented project specifics, and the rule is written into the template itself: published only with the customer’s permission.
Every claim on a Digital Ops Management page traces to a verifiable source — a live page, an inventory record, a manufacturer release, or a written answer from the owner. Anything that cannot be traced does not ship.
Aaron owns the domain, the site, the data and every account, all in his name. Nothing rented. That’s the difference between buying a subscription and owning the system.
APB runs small by design — Aaron is on every job and every quote, and when a bigger job calls for an extra set of hands, the work still meets Aaron’s bar.
If you run a small business or a trade
APB is the engagement shape for an owner-operator who’s outgrown a brochure website and a notebook. The same playbook — website, tracking, AI, a field-ops platform, pricing — scoped to how your business actually runs, with every account in your name. Conversation, not commitment.
