Case Studies
Receipts, not slogans.
Two tracks of work, one operating principle: build the system the business needs, run it long enough to prove it works, then hand off a clean operation. Every case below is a closed engagement, a documented results window, or an engagement in progress with its start date on the record.

Track 1
Digital Ops Management work
Self-hosted AI agents, full website rebuilds, lead capture, voice answering, paid search, and field-operations platforms — with every account and every piece of data in the client’s name. The work that turns a small business or trade into a system that runs itself.
Montgomery Water Softening · Montgomery, TX (Conroe area) · Client since 2026-04-20
Week one, zero ad spend: page views up 8.8x.
Conroe-area residential water treatment company. Dominate plan signed 2026-04-20, with a performance dashboard delivered to ownership every week. The strongest result of the first thirty days landed before a single paid impression served: in engagement week one, on foundation work alone — on-page SEO, structured data, city and service landing pages, an AI assistant, and Google Business Profile work — active users went from 15 to 72 (+380%), page views from 46 to 407 (+785%, an 8.8x multiple), and conversion-grade events from 3 to 22 (+633%). Every figure verified against the client GA4 property. Calls from the tracked phone line have since turned into paid jobs, most of them from brand-new customers.
Where the account stands now (paid search volume, search traffic, the Business Profile and the AI assistant) is inside the case study, each reading carrying the date it was taken. In the 30 days to 2026-10-10 its ads served 13,924 impressions, up from 7,609 in the 30 days to 2026-08-18.
- Looked fine
- A published site and a running ads account.
- Actually
- Search engines barely saw the site, there was no structured data, and the ads account was stale and misconfigured.
- What changed
- Foundation work first: on-page SEO, structured data, city and service pages, an AI assistant, and the Business Profile.
- Result
- Active users 15 → 72 and page views up 8.8x in week one, before a single ad ran.

Action Watersports · Lewisville + Fort Worth, TX · Active engagement since 2026-07-08
From a dark ads account to measured, attributable demand.
MasterCraft and Balise Pontoons dealer with two DFW stores and a 47-county territory. The first 30 days: resolved the account-level hold that had kept the Google Ads account from serving, stood up GA4 as the single source of truth with per-store call tracking, implemented a written SEO plan with automated inventory index submission, put both Google Business Profiles on a posting cadence, and built and filed a twelve-account coordinated-review investigation.
Over the 30 days to September 15, leads went from 11 to 55 and cost per lead from $32.90 to $17.17, compared with the 30 days before. That window spans three different campaign setups, so it is reported as a reading, not credited to any single change.
- Looked fine
- Four campaigns, every setting correct.
- Actually
- A hidden $0.00 daily spending limit Google had set nine months earlier. The account had never served an ad.
- What changed
- Hold found and released, campaign rebuilt, GA4 made the single source of truth with per-store call tracking.
- Result
- Leads 11 → 55 and cost per lead $32.90 → $17.17 over thirty days.

Reel Adventure Charters · Pensacola, FL · Active engagement since 2026-08-19
A Gulf Coast charter, measured before it spent.
Pensacola fishing charter: four boats, four captains, on Squarespace. Engagement signed 2026-08-19, optimization plus social. Week one was measurement, not spend. Since then: a rebuilt homepage and area pages, organic search groundwork with structured data, one tracked business line in place of a captain’s personal cell, with an email on every missed call, online booking, and a Google Ads launch on 2026-09-27. Google reviews went from 8 to 11 at 5.0 stars in four days. Measuring every channel also found the business’s own third-party listings still taking deposits for two boats retired from the fleet.
Lead results get published as they are earned, not before.
- Looked fine
- Bookings open on the website and on third-party sites.
- Actually
- Some of those listings were still taking deposits for two boats retired from the fleet, and the Business Profile phone rang a captain’s personal cell.
- What changed
- One tracked business line in place of a captain’s personal cell, an email on every missed call, and a Google Ads launch measured from day one.
- Result
- Google reviews 8 → 11 at 5.0★ in four days. Lead results publish when they are earned.

Long Boy Rentals · Baytown, TX · Active engagement since 2026-09-21
Paid on Monday. New site live the next day.
Demolition, dump trailer rental, and Kubota SCL1000 rental in Baytown and the surrounding cities, run by owner Nolo. The old Squarespace site scored 35 out of 100 (F) in my audit. It was moved onto a WordPress site on hardware I run, focused on three services, given 25 city pages and Spanish-language pages, and wired so the contact forms actually deliver. The rebuilt site scores 98.1 (A). Google Ads went live the day after launch.
- Looked fine
- A Squarespace site with a working contact form.
- Actually
- The old site scored 35 out of 100 in my audit, and on the rebuild the form showed “sent” while the server delivered nothing.
- What changed
- Moved to a WordPress site on hardware I run, three services, 25 city pages, Spanish pages, and forms proven end to end.
- Result
- Site score 35 → 98.1. Paid on a Monday, live the next day.

APB Electric · Denver, CO · AI + full digital rebuild
An owner-operator electrician, taken off Wix and a notebook onto a stack he owns.
Denver residential and light commercial electrician. Full rebuild: a WordPress site migrated off Wix, one phone number on every call-to-action, a flat-rate price list built from his own job history, and the first tenant seat on a field-operations platform I’m building for the trades. An AI voicemail agent for missed calls is in design. Aaron owns the domain, the site, the data and every account, all in his name.
- Looked fine
- An owner-operator with steady work.
- Actually
- The business ran from a phone and a notebook on an aging Wix site, with a third-party call pixel in place of tracking he owned.
- What changed
- A site Aaron owns outright, one number on every call-to-action, and a price menu built from his own job history.
- Result
- Analytics come next. Results publish when they are earned.

Track 2
Where the method came from
Before Digital Ops Management, this was the job: outside business manager (F&I) for marine dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma. Broker placement through Marathon in phase one. Direct lender expansion when the volume justifies it. Clean handoff to an in-house seat when the dealership has grown into one.
Marine World of Texas · Whitehouse, TX · Tyler / East Texas
A growing new East Texas dealership, professionalized over four stages.
Outside F&I development partner. Helped land the dealership’s first tow-sport franchise (Skier’s Choice — Supra and Moomba) through OEM acquisition counsel. Built broker placement through Marathon for prime-through-subprime breadth. Expanded into direct lender relationships that eliminated the broker fee split. Handed off cleanly to an in-house F&I manager when the dealership group consolidated F&I across their broader retail operation.
Texoma Boat House + Dallas Boat House · Calera, OK + Hickory Creek, TX · Lake Texoma + DFW
From day-one broker setup to a two-state, direct-lender F&I operation.
Three-year engagement (2023 – March 2026). Outside F&I from the first unit delivered — remote by default, with in-person presence for select weekends and Texas boat shows. Converted broker placements to direct lender relationships once volume justified it. Did the pre-opening work for the second store (Dallas Boat House) — new-state licensing and second-location lender agreements. Supported the simultaneous Dallas launch and Texoma OEM rebrand to Skier’s Choice on the same January 2026 calendar. Neither store lost selling days through the dual transition.
